This Air Dried Kurobuta Chorizo is spiced with a traditional Spanish blend, garlic and air dried. This chorizo is perfect slicing and consuming as is, or adding to your next Paella. 

In order to maximise the flavour and aroma of any cured product, we suggest you serve the product at room temperature, or about 21ºC.
