1 x 350g pack Plank Pickles
1 x 150g pack Jalapeño Pickles
1 x 200g Pickled Spanish Onion

Once re-heated, this Brisket is ready to go!
Our incredible Wagyu Brisket’s have been seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked low and slow for 8 hours on our Iron Yoder Smoker brought here all the way from Kansas, USA.
Before re-heating, remove your brisket from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for about 45 minutes.
The best ways to re-heat your brisket are listed below. Please note all re-heating methods require you to keep the Brisket in the sealed bag it comes in.
  1. The Microwave - Keep your brisket in the Vac Sealed Bag. To ensure you maintain the integrity of the brisket, complete 4 x 2 minute cycles in your microwave. Check the brisket after every 2 minute round as Microwaves and heat distribution can vary greatly depending on which appliance you have. Once your brisket had been heated through, remove the Vac Sealed Bag and finish in a 160 degree pre-heated oven for roughly 6 minutes, this will give you a nice crust on the brisket. Slice to serve.
  2. Sous Vide - pre heat a water bath to a stable and consistent 65 degrees. You do not need technical equipment to achieve this method. All you require is a pot large enough to fit the brisket nicely and a thermometer to accurately monitor water temperature. Place the Brisket (in the Vac Sealed Bag) into the water bath and remove your brisket after 12 minutes. Once your brisket had been heated through, remove the Vac Sealed Bag and finish in a 160 degree pre-heated oven for roughly 6 minutes, this will give you a nice crust on the brisket. Slice to serve.
  3. Steam Oven - Set your steam oven to 65 degrees and allow the brisket to steam for 12 minutes in the Vac Sealed Bag. Once your brisket has been heated through, remove the Vac Sealed Bag and finish in a 160 degree pre-heated oven for roughly 6 minutes, this will give you a nice crust on the brisket. Slice to serve.
