Holbrook Paddock Eggs is run by a young family of farmers, dedicated to raising free roaming grass fed hens. Living in wide-open paddocks, Holbrook chickens are guarded by the very protective Maremma dogs; there's no need for fencing, with much more room to frolic, graze and scratch then the industry standard. These lovingly tendered flock reward us with beautiful and rich flavoured eggs that we suspect are the best you'll ever taste.
