We have collaborated with Danspasta to create a mouth-watering Wagyu and "Meat Lovers" spiked Lasagna - a modern spin on a century-old classic.
It begins with a rich and hearty slow-cooked ragu Bolognese using some of Australia’s finest Wagyu Beef. We then incorporatejust the rightamount of a mind-blowing mix of the best-cured meats (Stone Axe Wagyu Beef Bresaola, Kurobuta Berkshire Bacon & Capocolla), which provides the perfect vehicle for the soffritto (a mixture of slowly cooked carrots, onions and celery).
A generous amount of aromats such as rosemary and thyme provide further depth and complexity to the meat sauce.
Layered with a classic creamy béchamel and topped with a generous fix of stretchy mozzarella, you’ll experience both a bold flavour hit and a comforting sense of nostalgia. Enjoy with friends and family or on a quiet weeknight over a bottle of red.
