The man behind LP's is Luke Powell who spent 6 years at Tetsuya then headed over to Mary's Newtown for a quick stroke of genius. He now devotes the majority of his attention to producing high-quality smallgoods.

They have used Free Range Australian Pork as the hero ingredient and steeped in a subtle mix of Parsley, Pecorino Cheese, salt and spices. 

This sausage has an incredibly sweet flavour and soft, subtle texture. This sausage would be perfect for a level up on the classic Banger's and Mash or grill on the BBQ and serve with a crisp green salad.
