Our Premium Veal Jus is made with 100% natural ingredients and no added salt. 

Veal stock has been reduced with chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery and aromatic herbs and spices, resulting in a rich silky finishing sauce. 

Warm this sauce very gently while preparing your meal. Careful not to boil. This jus is best served alongside a perfectly grilled veal rack or cutlet and a crisp green salad.
