Stir fry traditionally is a Chinese cooking technique in which ingredients are fried quickly in a small amount of very hot oil while being stirred in a wok.

Our Beef Stir Fry Strips are cut from premium O'Connor Angus & Hereford Grass Fed Beef. We have chosen to use the Flank, as this cut offers you incredible texture and flavour. When cooked quickly this cut will remain beautifully tender and juicy. This cut is perfect for a variety of Asian dishes or a classic beef stroganoff.  

To cook the meat, heat oil in the wok until it starts to smoke. Add the meat and other ingredients while constantly stirring. The meat should be fried until all sides are caramelised (which will ensure the center part of the strips remain pink).
